image001puppy-proofed, make sure you have all the necessities, such as the just-right sized crate, puppy potty training routine, the appropriate toys and chews, and all the guidance you’ll need.

Oh, you already got one?

So you’ve had your puppy for a few days, weeks or maybe months, but things aren’t quite going according to plan? Perhaps you’re feeling a bit overwhelmed? Don’t panic! This happens to lots of puppy parents. It’s never too early or too late to get your pup on the right track to success – whether it’s potty training (housebreaking), mouthing/biting, jumping, greeting guests, obedience, household manners, walking on-leash, or any problem behaviors at all. During our consultation, we’ll design a tailored training plan to fit your training goals, schedule and lifestyle.

Good Manners and More Day Training

Our most popular day training program is perfect for puppies and adult dogs of any age to learn good manners and much more. All basic obedience skills- Come When Called, Watch Me, Touch, Let’s Go, Stop, Sit, Down, Stay, Leave It, Drop It as well as polite greeting manners- No Jumping/Four on the Floor, and Quiet are taught through focused, one-on-one training sessions. These new skills are then transferred to you in our Transition Sessions. Our follow-up session is also included, to be scheduled at your convenience to help ensure your dog’s continued training success. All training materials, leashes, harnesses, interactive toys and treats are included at no additional cost, and are yours to keep.

Total cost: $775

Reactive Dog Rehab

Does your dog react like a maniac when he’s on a leash? This is a very common problem we call “on-leash reactivity”. Our 6-session Reactive Dog Rehab program is recommended for dogs of any age with on-leash reactivity. Our one-on-one sessions teach your dog positive replacement behaviors, while desensitizing your dog to triggers. These new skills are then transferred in our transition sessions.

Total cost: $775

Behavior Counseling

Having issues? Sometimes even otherwise well-behaved dogs can develop stubborn, irritating, or downright dangerous habits. Our consultations are designed to obtain all the necessary information and observe your dog in action. We will design the best possible behavior modification plan for your dog. There is no one-approach-fits-all solution. Each dog is unique, so each training plan is unique. There are situations that may require veterinary intervention, such as serious aggression or health-related behavior problems. In such cases I will work directly with your veterinarian to ensure the best possible outcome.
